Question: When are my home owner’s dues actually due?
Answer: The fees are technically due on May 1st, but we have traditionally have people pay them at the pool party when they get their new code (used to be new key).

Answer: The second Thursday evening of the month, @ 7:30 PM @ Aloha United Methodist Church 2270 W 198th Ave, Beaverton, OR 97006 in the social hall, unless it’s occupied for a church event – in which case try the church library room.
Pool Frequently Asked Questions
Question: When does the pool open?
Answer: Typically the pool is opened on Memorial day weekend.
8 AM to 9 PM 7 days a week
In General Swim lessons are from 8 AM – 12 PM noon Tuesday – Friday
Pool may be used by residents during swim lessons as long as the swim lessons are not disrupted.
